Vince is given a Maserati by a dealership with hopes he will act as a form of advertising. However, because he feels bad that Eric has only made $6000 dollars while being his manager, he gives the car to him. Vince, Eric, Turtle, Drama and Ari go to an NBA game that night. Eric receives a call from Kristin who tells him she has food poisoning. While out to eat, the boys run in to Jaime Pressly who invites them to her party that night. At the party, Eric meets a Perfect 10 model whom he sleeps with after being convinced Kristin is cheating on him.

The name of this episode is a reference to a particular line in Joe Walsh's song, "Life's been Good."
