Marvin is Vincent Chase's accountant. He is portrayed by Paul Herman.

Marvin constantly warns Vince against his frivolous spending. Marvin feels that Vince and Eric don't listen to his financial advice. Marvin is often shown yelling at Vince and Eric over the phone, with the running joke that Vince always hangs up on him claiming his cell phone dropped the call. He warns Vince in Aquamansion that he does not have the funds to buy an expensive home, yet Vince does anyway. In Season Four, Marvin constantly warns Vince not to live off of his American Express Black Card.
